Our decision-making bodies
Congress is the ultimate authority at the Federation. It determines general policies, major objectives, main courses of action and major priorities. Under exceptional circumstances, it may also establish special goals or more immediate programs of action.
Federal Council is the ultimate decision-making body between congresses. Federal Council plays an important political role between congresses. It must make decisions in accordance with the orientations adopted at Congress and serve the collective interests of the members. It is an important place for debate and union collaboration. All the unions ensure the application of the Federal Council decisions while preserving the autonomy of their operations.
The SIPE Sectoral Council (CSS)
Under the responsibility of the Executive Committee, the Sectoral Council deals with all matters in the exclusive jurisdiction of the SIPEs.
The ADIM Sectoral Council (CSA)
Under the responsibility of the Executive Committee, the Sectoral Council deals with all matters in the exclusive jurisdiction of the ADIMs.
